Why is 6bx good for everyone athletic or not?6bx gives you the strength where you need it to:-
- Stabilize your shoulder blades and correct your upper body posture.
This will prevent shoulder impingement and give your diaphragm and belly space to breathe.
- Strengthen and activate your glutes and lower back.
This will prevent lower back pain and help you walk tall.
- Strengthen the calf and forefoot muscles.
This will align the knee joint and work it smoothly without jerking and jarring. 6x will protect the knee cartilages.
