It gets big muscles moving; improves posture balance stability and mood and (in my opinion 😉): puts the brain in a good place hormone and brain transmitter wise. In short this video is good to help heal the brain and the emotions and you can use it as part of a total management plan for your brain health.
One precaution: if you have balance issues then don't do this alone - have someone spot you while you see what you can do.
Video includes: Mountain stance with cueing for activation of the foot arch and balls of toes; Horse stance and Cloud hands with a breathing style that frees the neck jaw and throat; and an exercise called "Superbrain yoga". Enjoy!
