I've come out of the closet - I've got IBS and it's in remission. No wheat, A2 milk, and a minimum of packaged foods, also cold-pressed coconut and olive oils to replace some of the carbs... I'm feeling good and I'm 90% improved. You can improve too.

The real figure in nations where processed and packaged food is the norm is closer to 15% which breaks down to 10% in men and 20% in women. Going wheat will help 50% or more of the cases.
