Terms and conditions of our studio mat class packages
Our in-studio mat class packages are for 6 mat classesThey have an expiry of 15 weeks.
Package discount
By subscribing for the 6 weeks period you get a package rate discount of 20% off our regular prices.
How to manage your mat class bookings
Our mat class packages make it easy for you to book, cancel, and reschedule your mat classes online. Simply click on the button in the email that we send you! Alternatively, get in touch here.
Terms and conditions of our livestream online mat classes
Our online mat class subscriptions are for unlimited mat classes
They have an expiry of 8-16 weeks depending upon the time of year that you purchase. Our subscription period is longer over the summer school holidays when we are not running many mat classes.
Online access
Each week of your subscription, at the beginning of the week, we send you a link by email. You need to have Zoom video conferencing software installed on your laptop or tablet. You can install the zoom app from here.
No requirement to book!
Because your mat classes access is online, there is no need to book - just click the link and turn up!
Important! After class please give us your feedback whether good or bad! - This helps us modfiy our cueing and delivery if you need it, and in general, helps us to lift our standards of care.
Bookings & cancellations policy
Scheduled appointment basisBtpilates mat classes at the studio operate on a scheduled appointment basis.
Cancel more than 18 hours before
You must, therefore, cancel MORE than 18 hours before the scheduled mat class starts, or forfeit the class with no refund or right to re-book. This is only fair to both staff and other clients
If Pilates instructor has to cancel
If your pilates instructor cancels a mat class with LESS than 18 hours prior notice you will be entitled to re-schedule the class, PLUS receive one extra mat class as a thank you for your understanding. If your pilates instructor cancels a mat class with MORE than 18-hour notice, you can re-schedule the class
(“Acts of God…”)
In the event of cancellation without minimum notice due to circumstances beyond the control of the instructor or myself, this cancellation contract is null and void. Examples of these causes are (1) acts of God or of the public enemy, (2) acts of the government in either its sovereign or contractual capacity, (3) fires, (4) floods, (5) epidemics, (6) quarantine restrictions, (7) strikes, (8) freight embargoes, and (9) unusually severe weather.
