Here is where you make your first subscription payment. You can cancel at any time, and you can check the full terms and conditions here)
Our 6 week recurring subscription qualifies you for discounts and special offers. It's strongly recmmended that you register your email and a login password as this will save a lot of time when managing your bookings. For example you will be able to login to cancel and/or rebook for later in the week, or you book two mat classes in one week. Should you need to you can cancel your subscription with just one click of a button.
Make a one-off purchase and booking.
With a one-off purchase you can buy more than one mat class at a time. However if you buy more than five mat classes it's cheaper (and easier) to start a six week subscription.
Be sure to register your email and password so that you can login to view your bookings and payment.
I’m the owner and instructor at Btilates. As you may know, In New Zealand we are the one country in the world that is attempting to target eradication of SARS-CoV-2. Right or wrong, successful or not, this means that when other countries are coming out of the virus epidemic, with a fully immune human population and so able to open their fitness centres and gym services, back in New Zealand – what with a not yet immune population and disinfection routines and social distancing - we'll be limping along at half-speed at best. That makes it hard to be economically viable for the foreseeable future.
What to do?...
…We could retire but I'm not quite ready for that. Or we can turn the problem into an opportunity and go online. Hence this appeal - with more on the way - with links to my online service and blogs.
Of course, you could scroll down and unsubscribe from any email I send right now and I wouldn’t blame you if you do. You’ve got quite enough news and emails and company communications coming at you already…
I’m an ex-veterinary doctor of 25 years experience and I’ve applied my learning and experience toward how to eat and exercise to stay well. Recently I re-wrote the New Zealand and South Island Championship records for the over 60’s 400-meter sprint (60-65 age group). I believe that’s good evidence that I both know and teach how to be strong and healthy. Best of all I’m ready and listening to your feedback and questions.
Stay a while! - let’s face the challenges together...
