6 minute video: "6bx for beginners..."
Bx stands for basic exercise - an idea that was created and made popular by the Canadian Royal Air Force. These are 5-10 minute daily workouts. You can repeat 6bx up to 6 times for half an hour if you want.

6bx gives you the strength where you need it to:-- Stabilize your shoulder blades and correct your upper body posture.
This will prevent shoulder impingement and give your diaphragm and belly space to breathe. - Strengthen and activate your glutes and lower back.
This will prevent lower back pain and help you walk tall. - Strengthen the calf and forefoot muscles.
This will align the knee joint and work it smoothly without jerking and jarring. 6x will protect the knee cartilages.
