Strong and mobile about the hips I've been working on strength and mobility about the hips. This is to help me have a go at the master's athlete South Island records in the 100 meters and 400-meter hurdles. It seems to be working because last Saturday (October 30th2021) I did my first master's 60-year-old hurdles and got a time within 10% of the national record. |
