When you book and join us for mat classes at our studio we enrol you for online training. This means that in addition to your weekly mat class we send you an email with access to our online school. Here - if you choose to - you can consolidate your learning experience. Our online school provides a one-hour mat class video, a short pilates solution video, and (if time permits), a quiz to help you consolidate your learning.
