Payment

We prefer the full payment up front but talk to us about options if you need to. We are always willing to listen.

Cancellations and transfers

• If you can't make it to a mat class, please let us know beforehand so we can cancel or reschedule*.
• No cancellations or transfers if you notify us afterward! This causes loss of use of the class*.
• You can only transfer one mat class to the next term. You can however do a "catchup" session in the same term, and you are welcome to invite a friend to use a surplus class (as long as there is space! - Please let us know before they arrive - thanks).

*(please keep your booking emails so you can hit the reply button and request a reschedule, or share any question or concern that you may have)
