Mat classes run for one hour at the following times:
Monday - 6.30pm (ML)
Tuesday - 9.30am(ML) - 11.00am(ML) - 6.00pm(ML)
Wednesday - 6.30pm(CS)
Thursday - 9.30am(ML) - 11.00am(ML) - 6.30pm(B)
Key:-
- ML: Multi-Level, suits all levels, provided you have a sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn.
We provide easier and harder exercise versions and let you choose.
- CS: 30 minutes challenge followed by 30 minutes of relaxed stretch and self massage
- B: paced for beginners and those with limitations and a willingness to improve over time
